The nVent PGP86ASP Gland Plate is a precision-engineered, solid steel accessory designed for PROLINE® Modular Enclosures. Measuring 800x600mm and finished in durable light gray polyester powder paint (RAL 7035), this gland plate provides a secure mounting solution for electrical and industrial applications. Engineered to integrate seamlessly with PROLINE® bases and accessories, the PGP86ASP ensures structural integrity and cable management in control panels, electrical cabinets, and modular enclosures. Constructed from 14-gauge (1.75 mm) mild steel, the PGP86ASP delivers superior strength and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for harsh industrial environments. The robust design enhances durability while simplifying installation with included hardware. The gland plate is designed to bear the weight of a person, facilitating easier access for maintenance when installed with a plinth base. It can be rotated 180 degrees for front or rear cable entry and includes additional foam gasketing for repositioning or creating independent access points. Compatible with PROLINE® G2 enclosures, the PGP86ASP maintains a NEMA 12 rating when properly installed. It can be used with plinth bases (100 mm or 200 mm), solid plinth bases, mobile bases, or transportation bases, or directly with casters, levelers, or frame feet. The gland plate is galvanized or painted, with the painted version featuring a textured light-gray finish for enhanced aesthetics and durability.
