Overview

The nVent **PGH3S5 Grid Straps** are precision-engineered mounting solutions designed for ProLine Frames, offering unmatched versatility and durability in industrial rack and enclosure applications. Manufactured from high-quality galvanized mild steel, these straps provide superior corrosion resistance and structural integrity, ensuring long-term performance in demanding environments. Each strap features three strategically placed rectangular holes, engineered to accommodate cage nuts or front-loading cage nuts for flexible, tool-free mounting configurations. The 25-mm hole spacing on centers allows for precise alignment and secure attachment, while the included mounting hardware simplifies installation and reduces downtime during setup or reconfiguration. Available in pairs, the PGH3S5 Grid Straps are ideal for 3-row ProLine Frame installations, where modularity and scalability are critical to system design. These grid straps are a cornerstone component in data center, telecommunications, and industrial automation infrastructures, where standardized mounting solutions are essential for organizing cables, panels, and equipment. Their galvanized finish ensures compliance with industry standards for corrosion resistance, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Professionals in electrical, IT, and manufacturing sectors rely on nVent’s reputation for engineering excellence, trusting these straps to deliver consistent performance in mission-critical systems. Whether used for securing patch panels, power distribution units, or network racks, the PGH3S5 Grid Straps streamline installation while maintaining compatibility with a wide range of ProLine Frame accessories. Installation is straightforward, thanks to the pre-drilled holes and included hardware, which eliminate the need for additional fasteners or complex alignment procedures. The straps’ design allows for easy integration with other ProLine Frame components, enabling scalable and adaptable infrastructure solutions. For engineers and technicians, this means reduced labor costs and faster deployment of rack-mounted systems. The 500mm length provides ample coverage for standard frame profiles, while the three-hole configuration offers multiple mounting options to suit various equipment layouts. nVent, a global leader in electrical and thermal management solutions, designs the PGH3S5 Grid Straps to meet the rigorous demands of modern industrial environments. Their products are trusted by professionals who require reliability, precision, and compliance with industry regulations. By choosing nVent, customers gain access to a legacy of innovation and a commitment to quality that spans decades. Whether upgrading existing systems or deploying new infrastructure, the PGH3S5 Grid Straps deliver the performance and flexibility needed to support evolving technological and operational requirements.
