Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, 3000 lb-rated chain or strap
- Prepare the installation area
Ensure the installation area is clear of obstructions and that all personnel are at a safe distance, more than the overall height of the enclosure.
- Secure the enclosure for transport
Use a forklift to lift the enclosure by inserting a 3000 lb-rated chain or strap through the eye bolts provided on top of the enclosure. Ensure the chain or strap is tightly secured to prevent tipping.
- Position the enclosure
Carefully position the enclosure on the mounting surface, ensuring it is level and stable. Use mounting screws to secure it in place.
- Connect electrical components
Strip the ends of the wires and connect them to the appropriate terminals inside the enclosure. Use terminal connectors to secure the connections.
- Verify electrical connections
Use a multimeter to check the connections for continuity and proper voltage levels. Ensure all connections are secure before proceeding.
