Overview
- Description: Front and rear plinth sections. For cabling without any restrictions and in accordance with the VDE 0113 standard. The plinth consists of four corner pieces with removable front covers. The side panels PS are to be ordered separately. Produce
- Material: Corner pieces in 2 mm and panels in 1.5 mm mild steel.
- Finish: RAL 7022 structured powder coating.
- Pack quantity: 1 set of 4 corner pieces including covers. Front and rear panel (2 rear panels for 200 mm high plinths) with mounting accessories. Mounting accessories for side panels PS or transversal profiles PCP.
- Mounting requirements: Add the side panels PS for a complete plinth. When combining enclosures it is recommended to add transversal panels PCP for cable duct support and extra rigidity.
- Benefit: the plinth allows enclosures to be fixed to the floor without the need for interior access
- Comment: the front and rear plinth PF, must be mounted along with side panels PS; if creating an enclosure system with multiple enclosures, the side panels are required to be mounted at the beginning and end only
- Comment: to reinforce the combined plinths, plinth combining profiles PCP/PCPK, should be used
- Mounting requirements: add the side panels PS for a complete plinth; when combining enclosures, it is recommended to add transversal panels PCP for cable duct support and extra rigidity

SW19 wrench, SW8 wrench, T40 Torx wrench
Supplies needed:
M12 fasteners, M8x16 fasteners, M12x20 fasteners
- Secure Components with M12 Fasteners (Type A)
Using an SW19 wrench, secure the components requiring M12 fasteners. Apply a torque of 15-20 Nm to each of the four fasteners to ensure a firm attachment.
- Attach Components with M8x16 Fasteners (Type B)
Utilize an SW8 wrench to attach components using M8x16 fasteners. Tighten each of the four or eight fasteners to a torque of 10-15 Nm for proper seating.
- Mount Components with M12x20 Fasteners (Type C)
Employ a T40 Torx wrench to mount the two components requiring M12x20 fasteners. Apply a torque of 15-20 Nm to each fastener to ensure secure installation.
- Fasten Additional Components with M12 Fasteners (Type D)
Secure the remaining two components using M12 fasteners with an SW19 wrench. Ensure each fastener is tightened to a torque of 15-20 Nm for stability.
