Overview

The nVent PF1080 (SKU: PF1080) is a front and rear plinth designed for nVent Hoffman floor-standing enclosures, specifically for 100mm high and 800mm wide configurations. This plinth ensures proper cabling access and electrical safety, adhering to VDE 0113 standards. Constructed from 1.5mm mild steel panels with 2mm thick corner pieces, it offers robust support for demanding industrial applications. The double-return side panels enhance rigidity, providing a stable base for your enclosures. The Umbra Gray (RAL 7022) structured powder coating offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Each set includes front and rear panels with necessary mounting accessories for integration with side panels (PS) or transversal profiles (PCP). For wider enclosures, such as 1600mm, two 800mm wide plinths can be combined. Pre-drilled mounting points facilitate quick assembly with standard enclosure profiles. Ideal for industrial automation, control panels, telecom infrastructure, and data centers.
  • 100mm height x 800mm width front/rear plinth for floor-standing enclosures
  • Constructed from 1.5mm mild steel panels with 2mm corner pieces for enhanced strength
  • Double-return side panels for increased rigidity and stability
  • Umbra Gray (RAL 7022) structured powder coating for corrosion resistance and durability
  • VDE 0113 compliant for cabling access and electrical safety
  • Benefit: the plinth allows enclosures to be fixed to the floor without the need for interior access
  • Comment: the front and rear plinth PF, must be mounted along with side panels PS; if creating an enclosure system with multiple enclosures, the side panels are required to be mounted at the beginning and end only
  • Comment: to reinforce the combined plinths, plinth combining profiles PCP/PCPK, should be used
  • Mounting requirements: add the side panels PS for a complete plinth; when combining enclosures, it is recommended to add transversal panels PCP for cable duct support and extra rigidity
