How to Install the PCS128 Solid Cover

Mounting screws, Gasket, Sealing tape
- Prepare the enclosure
Unpack the PCS128 Solid Cover and all included accessories. Verify that all parts are present according to the parts list in the manual. Clean the mounting surface and the enclosure edges where the gasket will be applied.
- Install the gasket
Apply the provided gasket to the inside edge of the enclosure opening. Ensure a continuous seal without gaps or overlaps. If sealing tape is provided, apply it to the mounting surface where the enclosure will attach.
- Mount the enclosure
Position the PCS128 Solid Cover onto the mounting surface. Use a level to ensure it is straight. Secure the enclosure using the appropriate mounting screws. Refer to the manual for the correct screw size and quantity for your specific model.
- Attach the solid cover
Place the solid cover onto the enclosure. Align the screw holes and insert the required screws. Tighten the screws evenly in a star pattern to ensure a secure and watertight seal. Do not overtighten.
- Verify installation
Check that the enclosure is securely mounted and the cover is properly sealed. Ensure there are no gaps around the gasket or cover. Consult the product datasheet for any specific environmental or operational requirements.
