The nVent ProLine Sloped Front HMI Base (SKU: PBS66) provides a secure foundation for 600x600mm ProLine sloped-front HMI enclosures when table-top mounted or suspended. Constructed from 14-gauge steel with a RAL 7035 textured light-gray polyester powder paint finish, this base ensures durability in industrial settings. It effectively seals the open bottom of the enclosure, offering protection for internal components. A key feature is the foam-in-place gasket, which guarantees a water-tight and dust-tight seal, meeting IP66 and IP67 ingress protection ratings. This is crucial for safeguarding HMI equipment from dust, moisture, and washdowns. For enhanced structural integrity, especially when integrating systems like the COMPACT Pendant Arm Series 4 from below, a top support bracket can be installed within the 600mm wide base. Each base includes a ground stud for proper electrical grounding. The PBS66 base is designed to integrate with PROLINE Frame Shelf or PROLINE Grid System and can be joined through a cutout base to pedestal or pendant arm systems.
