Overview

The nVent ProLine G2 Full Mounting Subpanel (SKU: P2P2210) is a high-performance solution engineered for modern industrial and commercial electrical enclosures. Designed as part of the patent-pending EZ-Load Mounting System, this 2200x1000mm white subpanel maximizes space utilization while streamlining installation workflows. The innovative EZ-Load Glide Blocks enable versatile loading options—vertical from the front, rear, or side, as well as horizontal loading for controlled, ergonomic positioning within modular enclosures. This flexibility reduces installation time, minimizes risk of damage, and enhances worker safety in high-volume environments. Manufactured in the USA by nVent, a global leader in electrical and thermal management solutions, the ProLine G2 Subpanel is built to meet the rigorous demands of industries such as manufacturing, data centers, utilities, and telecommunications. Its robust construction ensures compatibility with standard modular enclosures, making it ideal for retrofitting existing systems or deploying in new builds. The white finish provides high visibility and reflects heat, contributing to cooler operating temperatures in densely packed control panels. Key applications include housing circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, and other control components in environments where space efficiency and rapid deployment are critical. The subpanel’s large surface area accommodates extensive wiring and component layouts, while its modular design allows for easy reconfiguration as system requirements evolve. Professionals in electrical contracting, system integration, and facility management rely on nVent’s ProLine G2 for its durability, compliance with industry standards, and seamless integration with other nVent enclosure solutions. Selecting the right subpanel involves evaluating enclosure compatibility, load capacity, and installation constraints. The ProLine G2 addresses these needs with its patented mounting system, which simplifies alignment and reduces the need for custom fabrication. Its compatibility with a wide range of enclosures—including those from nVent’s CPI, ERITECH, and RAYCHEM brands—ensures a cohesive, high-performance electrical infrastructure. Trusted by engineers and technicians worldwide, nVent’s products are backed by decades of innovation and a commitment to safety and reliability. For facilities prioritizing efficiency, scalability, and worker safety, the nVent ProLine G2 Full Mounting Subpanel (P2P2210) delivers unmatched performance. Whether upgrading a legacy system or outfitting a new installation, this subpanel provides the foundation for a safer, more organized, and future-ready electrical environment.
  • Accommodates five loading options: vertical front, vertical side, vertical rear, horizontal front (frame over subpanel), horizontal rear (subpanel lowered into frame)
  • High space efficiency ratio (HxW of subpanel)/(HxW of frame) of 84 percent
  • Mounting subpanel is securely fastened at the top and bottom of the enclosure; subpanels less than 1200mm wide include four sets of EZ-Load Glide Blocks, four BV-M6 fasteners (block to frame) and four M12 Hex Bolts (subpanel to block); Subpanels 1200mm an
  • Subpanels greater than 1000mm wide are 11 gauge (3.0 mm) mild steel, while subpanels 100mm or narrower are 12 gauge (2.5mm); conductive or white painted finish available
  • Subpanels can be mounted at any depth in 25-mm increments (front to back); accommodates back-to-back and fully recessed rear positions
  • Side-mount panels must be used for the sides of the enclosure; they can be installed on the interior sides of frames
  • Optional panel support bracket available for applications requiring more support in the center of the subpanel; this is required if the enclosure will be tipped in transit or if the panel is not located at the bottom of the enclosure on the glide blocks
  • Panels can be installed in the rearmost position, or positioned so joined enclosures provide a continuous mounting surface without requiring joining panels
  • High space efficiency ratio (HxW of subpanel)/(HxW of frame) of 84 percent
  • Side-mount panels must be used for the sides of the enclosure; they can be installed on the interior sides of frames
