Overview

The nVent ProLine G2 Full Mounting Subpanel (SKU: P2P2012) is a premium-grade, 2000x1200mm steel subpanel designed for high-performance industrial and commercial applications. Part of the innovative ProLine G2 series, this subpanel integrates seamlessly with modular enclosures to provide a robust, organized platform for mounting electrical components, control systems, and instrumentation. Engineered with durability and efficiency in mind, the ProLine G2 subpanel is manufactured in the USA by nVent, a global leader in thermal management and electrical solutions, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards for quality and reliability. At the heart of the ProLine G2 is the patent-pending EZ-Load Mounting System, a groundbreaking feature that transforms how subpanels are installed and loaded into enclosures. The EZ-Load Glide Blocks enable versatile loading options—vertical loading from the front, rear, or side, as well as horizontal loading—providing unparalleled flexibility during installation. This system not only maximizes space utilization within enclosures but also enhances safety by reducing the risk of damage or misalignment during the loading process. Whether you're retrofitting an existing system or designing a new installation, the ProLine G2 subpanel streamlines workflows and minimizes downtime. The ProLine G2 Full Mounting Subpanel is constructed from high-grade steel with a durable white powder-coated finish, offering superior corrosion resistance and a professional appearance suitable for cleanroom, industrial, and commercial environments. Its 2000x1200mm dimensions provide ample surface area for mounting a wide range of components, including circuit breakers, relays, PLCs, and terminal blocks. The subpanel is designed to accommodate standard 19-inch rackmount equipment, making it an ideal choice for data centers, telecommunications facilities, manufacturing plants, and utility substations. Professionals in industries such as automation, power distribution, and process control rely on nVent’s ProLine G2 subpanels for their modularity, ease of installation, and long-term performance. The EZ-Load system is particularly beneficial in high-volume installations or facilities where multiple subpanels must be deployed quickly and accurately. Additionally, the subpanel’s compatibility with nVent’s broader ecosystem of enclosure solutions ensures a cohesive, scalable infrastructure that can adapt to evolving operational needs. When selecting a mounting subpanel, engineers and technicians prioritize products that balance strength, flexibility, and ease of use. The ProLine G2 delivers on all fronts, with a robust steel construction that withstands harsh environments, a versatile loading system that accelerates installation, and a design that supports future upgrades or reconfigurations. nVent’s reputation for innovation and reliability further solidifies the ProLine G2 as a trusted choice for mission-critical applications. Whether you’re upgrading a control panel, expanding a data center, or designing a new industrial facility, the nVent ProLine G2 Full Mounting Subpanel (P2P2012) provides the performance, durability, and ease of installation required to meet the demands of modern electrical and automation systems.
  • Accommodates five loading options: vertical front, vertical side, vertical rear, horizontal front (frame over subpanel), horizontal rear (subpanel lowered into frame)
  • High space efficiency ratio (HxW of subpanel)/(HxW of frame) of 84 percent
  • Mounting subpanel is securely fastened at the top and bottom of the enclosure; subpanels less than 1200mm wide include four sets of EZ-Load Glide Blocks, four BV-M6 fasteners (block to frame) and four M12 Hex Bolts (subpanel to block); Subpanels 1200mm an
  • Subpanels greater than 1000mm wide are 11 gauge (3.0 mm) mild steel, while subpanels 100mm or narrower are 12 gauge (2.5mm); conductive or white painted finish available
  • Subpanels can be mounted at any depth in 25-mm increments (front to back); accommodates back-to-back and fully recessed rear positions
  • Side-mount panels must be used for the sides of the enclosure; they can be installed on the interior sides of frames
  • Optional panel support bracket available for applications requiring more support in the center of the subpanel; this is required if the enclosure will be tipped in transit or if the panel is not located at the bottom of the enclosure on the glide blocks
  • Panels can be installed in the rearmost position, or positioned so joined enclosures provide a continuous mounting surface without requiring joining panels
  • High space efficiency ratio (HxW of subpanel)/(HxW of frame) of 84 percent
  • Side-mount panels must be used for the sides of the enclosure; they can be installed on the interior sides of frames
