How to Install the PROLINE G2 Disconnect Switch
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the PROLINE G2 disconnect switch and ensuring proper functionality.

Mounting screws, Hex nuts, Shoulder collars, Terminal connectors
- Install the disconnect door
Follow the disconnect door installation instructions to securely attach the PROLINE G2 disconnect door and disconnect mullion to the modular frame.
- Attach the operating handle
Install the disconnect/circuit breaker operating handle on the disconnect mullion according to the manufacturer's instructions. Remove the pivot bracket as shown in the installation guide.
- Secure the pivot bracket
Position the pivot bracket so that the interlock lever fits between the two adjustable studs. Secure the pivot bracket to the disconnect mullion using the shoulder collar and hex nut.
- Close and latch the mullion
Close and latch the disconnect mullion to the PROLINE G2 frame using the sliding latches provided at the top and bottom.
- Adjust the door interlock
Adjust the studs on the pivot bracket so it is horizontal when the disconnect operating handle is in the 'OFF' position. Ensure the interlock lever engages properly with the door catch.
