How to Install the PROLINE G2 Disconnect

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the PROLINE G2 disconnect door and circuit breaker on a modular frame.

Supplies needed:

Mounting screws, Shoulder collars, Hex nuts, Terminal connectors

  1. Install the disconnect door

    Follow the disconnect door installation instructions to attach the PROLINE G2 disconnect door and disconnect mullion to the modular frame.

  2. Attach the operating handle

    Install the disconnect/circuit breaker operating handle on the disconnect mullion according to the manufacturer's instructions. Remove the pivot bracket as shown in the installation guide.

  3. Secure the pivot bracket

    Position the pivot bracket so that the interlock lever fits between the two adjustable studs. Secure the pivot bracket to the disconnect mullion using a shoulder collar and hex nut.

  4. Close the disconnect mullion
