How to Install the PROLINE G2 Disconnect Switch
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the PROLINE G2 disconnect switch, ensuring proper setup and safety.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Shoulder collar, Hex nut
- Install the disconnect door
Follow the disconnect door installation instructions to secure the PROLINE G2 disconnect door and disconnect mullion onto the modular frame.
- Attach the operating handle
Install the disconnect/circuit breaker operating handle on the disconnect mullion according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the pivot bracket is removed beforehand.
- Secure the pivot bracket
Position the pivot bracket so that the interlock lever fits between the adjustable studs. Secure it to the disconnect mullion using the shoulder collar and hex nut.
- Close and latch the mullion
Close and latch the disconnect mullion to the PROLINE G2 frame using the sliding latches located at the top and bottom.
- Adjust the door interlock
Adjust the studs on the pivot bracket to ensure it is horizontal when the disconnect operating handle is in the 'OFF' position. Make further adjustments to the door catch as necessary for proper engagement.
- Drill mounting holes
Drill the necessary mounting holes in the subpanel for the disconnect switch/circuit breaker according to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Install the subpanel
Install the subpanel in the PROLINE G2 frame at the desired depth, ensuring it is within the recommended range specified by the disconnect manufacturer.
