Mounting screws, Hex nuts, Shoulder collars
- Install the disconnect door
Follow the disconnect door installation instructions to attach the PROLINE G2 disconnect door and disconnect mullion to the modular frame.
- Attach the operating handle
Install the disconnect/circuit breaker operating handle on the disconnect mullion according to the manufacturer's instructions. Remove the pivot bracket as shown in the installation guide.
- Secure the pivot bracket
Position the pivot bracket so that the interlock lever fits between the two adjustable studs. Secure the pivot bracket to the disconnect mullion using the shoulder collar and hex nut.
- Close and latch the mullion
Close and latch the disconnect mullion to the PROLINE G2 frame using the sliding latches provided at the top and bottom.
- Adjust the door interlock
Adjust the studs on the pivot bracket to ensure it is horizontal when the disconnect operating handle is in the 'OFF' position. Make necessary adjustments to the door catch for proper engagement.
- Drill mounting holes
Drill the required mounting holes in the subpanel for the specific disconnect switch/circuit breaker being installed, following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Install the subpanel
Install the subpanel in the PROLINE G2 frame at the desired depth, ensuring it is within the recommended depth range of the disconnect manufacturer.
