How to Install the PROLINE G2 Disconnect

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the PROLINE G2 disconnect door and circuit breaker on a modular frame.

Supplies needed:

Mounting screws, Shoulder collars, Hex nuts, Terminal connectors

  1. Install the disconnect door and mullion

    Follow the disconnect door installation instructions to secure the PROLINE G2 disconnect door and disconnect mullion onto the modular frame.

  2. Attach the operating handle

    Install the disconnect/circuit breaker operating handle on the disconnect mullion according to the manufacturer's instructions. Remove the pivot bracket as shown in the installation guide.

  3. Secure the pivot bracket

    Position the pivot bracket so that the interlock lever fits between the two adjustable studs. Secure the pivot bracket to the disconnect mullion using the shoulder collar and hex nut.

  4. Close and latch the mullion

    Close and latch the disconnect mullion to the PROLINE G2 frame using the sliding latches provided at the top and bottom.

  5. Adjust the door interlock

    Adjust the studs on the pivot bracket to ensure it is horizontal when the disconnect operating handle is in the 'OFF' position. Adjust the door catch as necessary for proper engagement.

  6. Drill mounting holes

  7. Install the subpanel
