Overview

Safely and efficiently lift assembled nVent ProLine G2 enclosures with the nVent ProLine G2 Lifting Bars (SKU: P2ALB30). This set includes two 3000mm lifting bars, engineered to attach directly to the top of enclosure frame corner blocks. This mounting method streamlines installation by eliminating the need to remove the enclosure's top cover. Each bar is rated to support up to 3000 lbs (1360 kg) per bay, allowing for the overhead lifting of assembled enclosures up to 6 bays in size. Constructed from clear zinc-coated steel, these lifting bars offer essential corrosion resistance, making them suitable for industrial environments. The kit comes complete with both lifting bars and all necessary mounting hardware. For optimal safety during operation, it is critical to use shackles and spreader bars that comply with OSHA, ASME, ISA, and ASTM regulations. Ensure a minimum 45-degree angle is maintained between the enclosure top and the lifting cable or chain for secure and stable lifting operations. The nVent ProLine G2 Lifting Bars provide a reliable solution for managing and relocating your nVent ProLine G2 enclosure systems.
