Torque wrench, Wrench/Socket set (M5, M6, M8, M12), Screwdriver (for 4.5x8 screws, possibly Torx T25, T30)
Supplies needed:
M12x20 screws (4), M12 nuts (4), M8 nuts (4), M8 washers (4), M8x16 screws (4), M6x12 screws (6), M5x10 screws (6), M6 nuts (4), 4.5x8 screws (6), Gasket, K components (2), L components (2), CCI06 brackets (optional, ordered separately), CNT05 fixation (optional, ordered separately)
- Prepare for MCU Mounting
Before mounting, identify the specific mounting points on the MCU unit and the intended installation surface. For MCU units 1000mm wide or larger, ensure to use the designated mounting points. If a gasket is required, fix it carefully outside the corner holes to ensure proper sealing and fitment.
- Mount the Main MCU Unit
Secure the main MCU unit using the following fasteners and torque specifications: four M12x20 screws (A) with M12 nuts (B) at 15-20Nm; four M8x16 screws (E) at 10-15Nm; and four M8 nuts (C) with M8 washers (D) at 8-10Nm. Ensure all connections are tight and the unit is stable.
- Install Auxiliary Brackets and Components
Attach any auxiliary brackets or components using the following fasteners and torque specifications: six M6x12 screws (F), six M5x10 screws (H), four M6 nuts (J), two K components, two L components, and six 4.5x8 screws (G). Apply a torque of 4-5Nm to all these fasteners. If using the bayed variant, install CCI06 brackets (ordered separately). For alternative fixation, install CNT05 components (ordered separately).
