Torque wrench, Socket wrench set (SW10, SW13), Torx bit set (T25, T30)

Supplies needed:

M12x20 screws (A), M12 nuts (B), M8 nuts (C, D), M8x16 screws (E), M6x12 screws (F), 4.5x8 screws (G), M5x10 screws (H), M6 nuts (J), Parts K (Qty 2), Parts L (Qty 2), Gasket, CCI06 brackets (for bayed variant, ordered separately), CNT05 fixation kit (for alternative fixation, ordered separately)

  1. Assemble and Secure Main MCU Components

    Attach the main components using the specified fasteners. Secure parts A (M12x20 screws) with 15-20Nm torque. Fasten parts B (M12 nuts) with 8-10Nm torque. Secure parts C (M8 nuts), D (M8 nuts), and E (M8x16 screws) with 10-15Nm torque. Finally, secure parts F (M6x12 screws) and G (4.5x8 screws) with 4-5Nm torque.

  2. Install Gasket and Additional Securing Parts

    Position the gasket correctly, ensuring it is fixed outside the corner holes. For MCU units 1000mm wide or greater, install parts H (M5x10 screws), J (M6 nuts), K, and L. Apply a torque of 4-5Nm to parts H, J, K, and L to secure them.

  3. Mount Bayed Variant or Alternative Fixation

    If installing a bayed variant, use CCI06 brackets (ordered separately) to connect the units. For alternative fixation using the CNT05 kit (ordered separately), follow the three-step sequence indicated in the diagram, applying a torque of 4.5-5Nm for each fastener to ensure a secure attachment.
