Overview
- Material: AISI 316L pre-grained stainless steel. Frame: 1.5 mm. Door: 2 or 2.5 mm. Rear, roof and bottom plate: 2 or 2.5 mm. Mounting plate: 3 mm galvanized steel.
- Frame: Seam welded reversed open profiles with 25 mm hole pattern according to DIN 43660.
- Door: Mounted with four hinges allowing left or right hand opening. Including door frame with 25 mm hole pattern.
- Rear: Rear panel fitted by M6 tork screw. Rear door instead of rear panel. RD version comes with rear door instead of rear panel.
- Side panels: Supplied as an accessory.
- Roof panel: Removable.
- Lock: Espagnolette locking system with lock catcher made in AISI 316L and additional locks in top and bottom for enclosures with W=1000 mm. Swing handle SS 316L with half cylinder keyed EK 333.
- Bottom plates: One piece bottom plate with injected polyurethane gasket to ensure maximum sealing or two pieces for the rear door version.

How to Assemble Key Components of the MCSS/MCDS Enclosure
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for assembling essential structural and functional components of the MCSS/MCDS enclosure, including the lift handle, rear panel, bottom plate, mounting plate, and side panels. When mounting on or over a combustible surface, ensure a protective floor plate is installed.

Supplies needed:
M5x10 screws, M6x12 screws, M6 screws, M8x16 screws, M4x14 screws, M6x16 screws
- Mount the Lift Handle
Attach the lift handle to the enclosure using M5x10 screws. Tighten the screws to a torque of 4-5.5 Nm using an SW10 tool.
- Install the MCSS Rear Panel
Secure the MCSS rear panel using M6x12 screws. Use a T30 tool to tighten the screws firmly.
- Attach the Bottom Plate
Install the bottom plate to the enclosure frame using M6 screws. Use an SW10 tool to ensure a secure fit.
- Mount the Internal Mounting Plate
Position the internal mounting plate and secure it with M8x16 screws. Tighten the screws to a torque of 10-15 Nm using a T30 tool. Observe the mounting and unmounting instructions for proper engagement.
- Install the Side Panels
Mount the side panels by securing them with M4x14 screws. Ensure the retainers are properly engaged. For enclosures 800 mm deep or above, additional steps with M6x16 screws and 8-9 Nm torque are required.
