Overview
- Material: Frame: 1.5 mm painted steel. Doors: 2 mm painted steel. Rear, roof and side panels: 1.5 mm painted steel. Mounting plate: 3 mm galvanized steel. Bottom plates: 1 mm galvanized steel.
- Frame: Seam welded reversed open profiles with 25 mm hole pattern, according to DIN 43660. Including integrated external hole pattern.
- Door: Mounted with four hinges. Including door frame with 25 mm hole pattern. Door can not be reversed. Flange door: Surface mounted with hinges, locked from the inside, including universal cut-out.
- Rear panel: Fitted by M6 torx screws. Standard facilities for rear door mounting.
- Side panels: Supplied as an accessory.
- Roof panel: Removable.

Follow these instructions to properly mount and assemble your MCF20085R5 floor standing enclosure.

T30 screwdriver, T25 screwdriver, M5 screwdriver, M6 screwdriver, M8 screwdriver, Torque wrench
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws (M5x10, M6x12, M12x20, M8x16), Metal guider, Gasket, Cage nuts
- Prepare the enclosure components
Identify and gather all enclosure components including the roof plate, door, rear panel, bottom plates, and mounting plate. Refer to the diagram for part identification.
- Attach the mounting plate
Position the mounting plate inside the enclosure. Secure it using the provided M6x12 screws, torquing to 8-10 Nm. Ensure the plate is level.
- Install the roof plate
Place the roof plate onto the top of the enclosure. Secure it using M12x20 screws, torquing to 15-20 Nm. If applicable, ensure the gasket is correctly placed on the top frame before attachment.
- Attach the rear panel
Align the rear panel with the enclosure frame. Secure it using M5x10 screws, torquing to 4.5-5 Nm.
- Mount the door
Attach the door to the enclosure using the provided hinges and M6x12 screws. Ensure the door opens and closes smoothly. Torque hinge screws to 8-10 Nm.
- Install bottom plates
Fit the bottom plates into the base of the enclosure. Secure them using the appropriate screws (refer to diagram for specific types and quantities) and torque settings.
