The nVent MCF18085R5 Flange Mount Disconnect Enclosure (SKU: MCF18085R5) is a floor-standing industrial enclosure designed for housing disconnect switches, circuit breakers, and control systems in demanding environments. Constructed from 3 mm mild steel with a zinc-plated finish, this enclosure measures 1800x800x500mm, providing ample space for complex installations. The seam-welded reversed open profile frame features a 25 mm hole pattern compliant with DIN 43660, with an integrated external hole pattern for flexible mounting. The flange door design includes a universal cut-out for quick integration of disconnect switches, reducing on-site machining time. Doors are constructed from 2 mm painted steel, mounted with four heavy-duty hinges, and secured with a four-point latching system for enhanced security. The enclosure meets IP55, Type 12, and Type 13 ratings, offering protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, with IK10 impact resistance. Internal components include a 3 mm galvanized steel mounting plate and 1 mm galvanized steel bottom plates, secured with M6 torx screws.
