Overview

The nVent LWC204015 is a Type 4, IP66-rated mild steel enclosure designed for industrial applications. Measuring 200x400x150mm (7.87x15.75x5.91in), this light gray enclosure features an outward-formed 90-degree body flange to channel away liquids and protect internal components from dust, dirt, and external impacts. The integrated 4.8mm (3/16in) clear polycarbonate window allows for visual inspection of housed equipment without compromising the enclosure's protective integrity. Constructed from 1.2mm (18 gauge) mild steel, it is finished with a textured RAL7035 light-gray polyester powder paint both inside and out. This enclosure meets NEMA Type 4 and IEC 60529 IP66 standards, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It includes a self-grounding, slotted quarter-turn latch for secure closure and sealed hinges. A full-height galvanized steel back panel is included for mounting internal components.
