Mounting screws, Mounting gasket kit, Terminal connectors
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check for any visible damage and verify functionality before proceeding with the installation.
- Install mounting gaskets
Using the provided mounting gasket kit, attach gaskets to the air conditioner to ensure a watertight seal.
- Mount the air conditioner
Securely mount the air conditioner on the enclosure, ensuring not to damage the gaskets. Avoid dragging the unit to prevent tearing the gaskets.
- Connect power supply
Refer to the nameplate for electrical requirements and wire the unit to a properly grounded power supply. Ensure the circuit is fused with a slow blow or HACR circuit breaker.
- Verify electrical phasing
For 3-phase units, check that the phase monitor light is illuminated after applying power, indicating correct electrical phasing.
- Wire the thermostat
If required, wire the remote mounted thermostat outputs to the appropriate terminals on the 24 VAC terminal strip, following the wiring diagram.
- Set the thermostat
