This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the G520816G100 air conditioner, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Mounting gasket kit
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check the air conditioner for any visible damage and verify its functionality before mounting. Ensure it has been upright for at least five minutes if it was previously horizontal.
- Install mounting gaskets
Using the mounting gasket kit provided, apply the gaskets to the air conditioner to create a seal between the unit and the enclosure.
- Mount the air conditioner
Securely mount the air conditioner to the enclosure, ensuring not to damage the gaskets. Start bolts by hand to avoid cross-threading before tightening with a wrench.
- Wire the air conditioner
Refer to the nameplate for electrical requirements and wire the unit to a properly grounded power supply. Ensure the circuit is fused with a slow blow or HACR circuit breaker.
- Connect the thermostat
If required, wire the remote thermostat outputs to the appropriate terminals on the 24 VAC terminal strip according to the wiring diagram.
- Set the thermostat
Adjust the thermostat to the desired cabinet temperature, following the Sequence of Operation for guidance on settings.
- Test the air conditioner
After wiring, energize the unit and verify that the evaporator blower starts running. Ensure the compressor operates by setting the thermostat below the ambient temperature.
