Mounting screws, Terminal connectors, Mounting gasket
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check the air conditioner for any visible damage and ensure it is functioning properly before installation.
- Prepare the mounting area
Using the provided mounting gasket, attach it to the air conditioner to create a seal. Ensure the area is clean and free from debris.
- Mount the air conditioner
Securely mount the air conditioner to the enclosure using the mounting screws. Avoid dragging the unit to prevent damaging the gasket.
- Wire the air conditioner
Connect the air conditioner to a properly grounded power supply, ensuring the circuit is fused with a slow blow or HACR circuit breaker.
- Verify electrical phasing
Check that the phase monitor light is illuminated after applying power to confirm correct electrical phasing.
- Set up the thermostat
If required, wire the remote mounted thermostat to the appropriate terminals on the 24 VAC terminal strip and set it to the desired temperature.
