This guide provides instructions for the mechanical assembly of the FFC2006R5 frame components and the installation of the frame cover, including specified torque settings.

T30 Torx driver, Torque wrench (or driver capable of 8-9 Nm)
Supplies needed:
M6x12 screws (Type A), M6x12 screws (Type B), Component C, Component D, FFC Frame cover
- Install Component C
Position component C onto the main FFC2006R5 frame. Ensure it is correctly aligned and clicks into place. Secure component C using the M6x12 screws (Type A). Tighten these screws to a torque of 8-9 Nm using a T30 Torx driver.
- Install Component D
Position component D onto the main FFC2006R5 frame. Ensure it is correctly aligned and clicks into place. Secure component D using the M6x12 screws (Type B). Tighten these screws to a torque of 8-9 Nm using a T30 Torx driver.
- Attach the FFC Frame Cover
Place the FFC Frame cover over the assembled components. Ensure it is correctly aligned and clicks into place. Secure the FFC Frame cover using the appropriate M6x12 screws (Type A or B, as depicted in the diagram). Tighten these screws to a torque of 8-9 Nm using a T30 Torx driver.
