This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and assembling the Feed-Through Wireway, ensuring proper connections and secure mounting.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Drill, Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Nuts, Lockwashers
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them using screws and nuts as shown in the assembly details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Assemble the telescope fitting parts in the correct order, insert the body into the straight section, adjust to the desired length, and secure with screws and nuts.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the sides of the straight section and telescope fitting, then install .25−20x.5 screws and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
- Cut the wireway to length
Cut the wireway body to the desired length, ensuring a square cut. Weld an extra flange to the body and grind off any burrs.
- Install swivel nipples
Position the wireway section, flange gasket, swivel ring, and swivel nipple in order, then secure with clips, screws, and nuts.
- Make box entries
Cut out the necessary openings in the enclosure for box entries, position the box connector and gasket inside, and secure the wireway section to the enclosure.
- Install hangers
Assemble the hangers according to the provided details and attach them to the wireway flanges in the desired positions.
