10-32 Hex head screws, 10-32 Hex nuts, No. 10 Lock washers, Type 1 Wireway sections
- Align Wireway Sections
Position the two sections of the Type 1 Snap Connect Wireway that are to be joined. Ensure that the snap connect features on both sections are correctly oriented and aligned for proper engagement.
- Engage Snap Connect Feature
Firmly push the aligned wireway sections together until the integrated snap connect mechanism engages. You should hear an audible 'click' indicating that the sections are securely connected.
- Secure Connection with Fasteners
Insert the provided 10-32 hex head screws, hex nuts, and No. 10 lock washers into the designated securing points on the connected wireway sections. Tighten each screw to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N*M (40 4.0 LBF*IN) to ensure a robust and stable connection between the wireway sections.
