Screwdriver, Torque Wrench, Nut Driver or Wrench
Supplies needed:
Hex head screws (10-32x.250), Hex nuts (10-32), Lock washers (#10), Type 1 Snap Connect Wireway sections (P/N 89254996, 89255007)
- Align and Engage Wireway Sections
Align the two wireway sections (P/N 89254996 and 89255007) and bring them together, ensuring the snap connect features are properly positioned for engagement.
- Snap Connect Wireway
Push the wireway sections firmly until they audibly 'Click' into place, indicating the initial snap connection is made.
- Secure Initial Connection
Insert two of the provided hex head screws (SCR HEX 10-32X.250) into the designated holes on the wireway connection point and tighten them.
- Engage Secondary Snap Feature
Engage the secondary snap connect feature by pushing it until it 'Clicks' into its final secured position.
- Final Wireway Securing
Insert the remaining two hex head screws (SCR HEX 10-32X.250) and two hex nuts (NUT HEX10-32) with lock washers (#10) into the final securing points. Tighten all screws to a torque of 4.5 1 0.5 N*M [40 1 4.0 LBF*IN].
- Install Internal Components
Install any internal components or wiring within the assembled wireway as required for your specific application.
