This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the Feed-Through Wireway for effective cable management.

Screwdriver, Drill, Wire strippers
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Gaskets, Terminal connectors
- Assemble the wireway sections
Place a gasket between the flanges of the wireway sections and secure them together using screws and nuts as shown in the installation details.
- Install the telescope fitting
Assemble the telescope fitting parts in the correct order, insert the body into the straight section, and adjust to the desired length. Ensure the gasket is properly positioned against the flange.
- Anchor the telescope fitting
Drill .25 inch diameter holes through the straight section and telescope fitting. Install .25−20x.5 screws from the outside and secure with cap nuts and lockwashers.
- Install swivel nipples
Position the wireway section, flange gasket, swivel ring, and swivel nipple in the correct order. Secure with clips, screws, and nuts as specified in the installation details.
- Make box entries
Cut out the necessary openings in the enclosure for the box connector. Install the connector flange and gasket inside the enclosure, and secure the wireway section to the outside with another gasket.
- Calibrate and test
After installation, verify all connections and ensure grounding continuity across the wireway. Use a multimeter to check for proper electrical continuity.
