Supplies needed:
nVent HOFFMAN Type 1 Wireway sections, SCR HEX 10-32X.250 screws (4x), NUT HEX10-32 nuts (2x), WASH LOCK #10 lock washers (2x)
- Align Wireway Sections
Align the two Type 1 Wireway sections to be connected, ensuring they are properly oriented for the snap connect feature.
- Engage Snap Connect Feature
Firmly push the two wireway sections together until the snap connect feature engages with an audible 'Click'. Verify the sections are securely joined.
- Secure Wireway Connection
Insert the four SCR HEX 10-32X.250 screws, two NUT HEX10-32 nuts, and two WASH LOCK #10 lock washers into the designated securing points on the connected wireway sections.
- Tighten Securing Fasteners
Using a torque wrench, tighten all securing fasteners to 4.5 0.5 N*M (40 4.0 LBF*IN). Ensure all fasteners are properly torqued for a secure and stable connection.
- Install Internal Components
