SCR HEX 10-32X.250 (4x), NUT HEX10-32 (2x), WASH LOCK #10 (2x)
- Connect Wireway Sections
Align and connect the two primary sections of the wireway as depicted in the installation diagram. Ensure a proper initial fit.
- Secure Initial Connection with Fasteners
Insert the provided SCR HEX 10-32X.250 screws and NUT HEX10-32 nuts into the designated points to secure the connected wireway sections. Tighten these fasteners firmly.
- Engage First Snap Connect Feature
Push the wireway sections together until you hear an audible 'Click'. This indicates the initial engagement of the snap connect feature. Verify the connection is secure.
- Engage Second Snap Connect Feature
Continue to push and engage the wireway sections further, listening for a second 'Click' to confirm full and complete engagement of the snap connect feature.
- Install Inside Snap Connect Securing
Install the necessary hardware for the inside snap connect securing mechanism. Tighten these fasteners to a precise torque of 4.5 0.5 N*M [40 4.0 LBF*IN].
- Perform Final Wireway Securing
Complete the final securing of the wireway as indicated in the instructions. Tighten any remaining fasteners to a torque of 4.5 0.5 N*M [40 4.0 LBF*IN].
