This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the EXWK53SS6 window kit onto an enclosure, ensuring proper mounting and sealing.

Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Nuts, Retainer plate
- Prepare the enclosure
Make a rectangular cutout of size 6.69 x 4.69 inches (170 x 119 mm) where the window will be mounted.
- Remove protective film
Remove the plastic protective film from both sides of the window before installation.
- Install the window
Place the window in the frame within the stud perimeter, then position the frame and window against the enclosure with the studs protruding through the opening.
- Secure the frame
Attach the retainer plate with flanges facing down using nuts to the inside of the enclosure. Align the window and tighten all nuts to a torque of 15−20 in-lbs (1.7−2.3 Nm).
- Verify installation
Check that the window is securely mounted and that there are no gaps between the window and the enclosure.
