- Disassemble the cable gland
Hold the assembled gland straight and disassemble the parts labeled A, B, C, D, and E. Choose the optimal seal combination according to the cable diameter.
- Assemble the seal combination
Assemble the selected seal combination inside part A. Ensure that parts A, C, and D are mounted on the enclosure with sufficient torque value.
- Insert the cable
Insert the cable inside the gland for installation. Ensure that the cable is properly seated and that the sealing rings are correctly positioned.
- Tighten the gland
Tighten part E to parts A, C, and D using the specified torque values to ensure a secure and compliant installation.
- Verify the installation
Inspect the installation to ensure all components are securely fastened and that there are no visible gaps or misalignments.
