Mounting screws, Cable sealing rings, Cable connectors

  1. Disassemble the cable gland

    Hold the assembled cable gland straight and disassemble the parts labeled A, B, C, D, and E.

  2. Choose the seal combination

    Select the optimal seal combination according to the cable diameter that will be used. For a triple seal combination, it is sufficient to disassemble only part E.

  3. Assemble the seal combination

    Assemble the chosen seal combination inside part A. Then, mount parts A, C, and D onto the enclosure using sufficient torque values.

  4. Insert the cable

    Insert the cable into the gland for installation. Ensure that the cable is properly seated within the gland.

  5. Tighten the gland

    Tighten part E to parts A, C, and D using the specified torque values to ensure a secure fit.

  6. Verify installation

    Inspect the installation to ensure all components are securely fastened and that there are no visible gaps or loose parts.
