nVent Bulletin PB1 Polycarbonate Pushbutton Enclosure (SKU: E3PBPC7M) is an industrial-grade housing made of high-strength polycarbonate, resistant to corrosion, impact, UV, and chemicals. Ideal for chemical processing, water treatment, food/beverage, and outdoor installations. Rated NEMA Type 4X and Type 6, it protects against dust, hose-directed water, and corrosive atmospheres. Compatible with 30.5-mm and 22.5-mm pushbuttons/switches, it features factory-stamped 4-way pushbutton holes. Larger models include a continuous internal hinge to hold the cover open during wiring. Captivated cover screws thread into sealed wells to prevent loss. Bonding provisions and grounding studs ensure electrical safety and EMI/RFI shielding. Built with a 14-gauge steel frame, continuously welded and ground-smooth seams for structural integrity, coated with ANSI 61 gray polyester powder paint. Optional Hol-Sealers and tamper-resistant screws enhance security. Wall-mount stand-offs and external mounting brackets simplify installation. Removable internal panel (select models) supports up to 42 pushbutton holes.
