It is UV stabilized (f1 rating per UL746C) for outdoor use and features enhanced UV inhibitors. The polycarbonate material provides an impact index of 16 J (12 ft/lb) and is flammability rated V-O per UL 94. Operating temperatures range from -35°C to +130°C (-31°F to 266°F). Threaded brass inserts are included for optional inner panel or terminal kit mounting, with stainless steel 316 screw fasteners. Door fasteners include a provision for padlocking on snap latches. The captive oil-resistant gasket ensures a positive seal.
