T30 Torx Screwdriver, Torque Wrench
Supplies needed:
M5x8 Screw, DRS20I Mounting Bracket (Type B or C)
- Select Mounting Bracket
Identify and select the appropriate mounting bracket (Flat rail mounting bracket 'B' or Inclined rail mounting bracket 'C') for your DRS20I unit based on your installation requirements.
- Position on DIN Rail
Align the DRS20I unit, with the chosen mounting bracket attached, onto the DIN rail. Ensure the bracket's clips engage properly with the rail for initial positioning.
- Insert Securing Screw
Insert the M5x8 screw through the designated hole in the mounting bracket and into the DRS20I unit. Hand-tighten the screw to hold the unit in place on the DIN rail.
- Apply Final Torque
Using a T30 Torx screwdriver and a torque wrench, tighten the M5x8 screw to the specified torque of 2-3 Nm. Verify the DRS20I unit is securely fastened to the DIN rail and does not wobble.
