This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the mounting foot kit on the DMFK1 and DMFK2 enclosures.

Center punch, Drill, Screwdriver, Torque wrench

Supplies needed:

Mounting foot studs, Sealing washers, Nuts

  1. Mark the mounting holes

    Locate the holes for the mounting foot studs using the provided dimensions. Use a center punch to mark the centers of the holes.

  2. Drill the holes

    Drill four holes with a diameter of .219 inches at the marked locations. Ensure the holes are clean and free of debris.

  3. Install the mounting foot studs

    Insert the mounting foot studs into the drilled holes. Turn the enclosure upright and lightly lubricate the sealing washer, pressing it onto the mounting foot stud with the neoprene side facing down.

  4. Secure the studs

    Thread a nut onto each stud and tighten to a torque of 15 to 20 in-lbs. Repeat the installation for the other end to complete the setup.
