The nVent HOFFMAN Concept Hinged Window Kit (CWH5557) provides a pre-assembled viewing solution for 550x570mm enclosure openings. Constructed from die-cast aluminum with a textured ANSI 61 gray finish, this kit features a .188-in. (5-mm) thick clear polycarbonate window. The hinged design allows for left-side opening and includes a single-point slotted latch, with optional locking or non-locking wing knob latches available. A two-inch space between the enclosure front opening and the window surface accommodates components like switches, lights, and meters. This kit meets NEMA Type 12 and IEC 60529 IP66 standards, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. It is suitable for use as an accessory window kit on larger standard Hoffman enclosure doors, offering enhanced visibility for inspections and maintenance without compromising enclosure integrity.
