Mounting screws, Gasket kit, Water inlet and outlet fittings
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check the air conditioner for any visible damage and verify its functionality by connecting it to a properly grounded power supply. Ensure it runs without excessive noise or vibration for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Prepare the mounting area
Using the cutout dimensions provided in the manual, prepare the air 'IN' and 'OUT' openings and the mounting bolt hole pattern on the enclosure.
- Install gaskets
Using the gasket kit provided, install the gaskets to the air conditioner in the locations specified in the gasket kit illustration.
- Mount the air conditioner
Secure the air conditioner to the enclosure using the mounting bolts and screws provided. Use EZ-mount tabs to hold the unit in place while mounting.
- Connect water supply
Connect the water inlet and outlet fittings to a clean, pressurized water supply. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
- Connect power supply
Refer to the nameplate for electrical requirements and connect the power cord to a properly grounded power supply. Avoid using extension cords.
- Calibrate the thermostat
Remove the front cover of the thermostat and adjust the temperature setting to the desired level using a standard screwdriver.
- Verify operation
After installation, allow the unit to run for a few minutes and check for proper operation, ensuring there are no leaks and that the air conditioner is functioning as expected.
