This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing and configuring the CR430826GW004 water-cooled air conditioner, ensuring proper functionality and safety.

Mounting screws, Gasket kit, Water inlet and outlet fittings
- Inspect the air conditioner
Check for any visible damage and verify functionality before mounting. Connect the power cord to a properly grounded power supply and run the unit for 5-10 minutes to ensure it operates without excessive noise or vibration.
- Prepare the enclosure
Using the cutout dimensions provided in the manual, prepare the air 'IN' and 'OUT' openings and the mounting bolt hole pattern on the enclosure.
- Install gaskets and mount the unit
Apply the gaskets from the gasket kit to the air conditioner as illustrated in the manual. Secure the air conditioner to the enclosure using the provided mounting bolts and screws. Use EZ-mount tabs to hold the unit in place while mounting.
- Connect water supply
Connect the water inlet and outlet fittings to a clean, pressurized water supply. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
- Connect power supply
Refer to the nameplate for electrical requirements. Connect the power cord to a properly grounded power supply. Avoid using an extension cord and ensure the circuit is fused with a slow blow or HACR circuit breaker.
