How to Install the Side-Mounted Panels for CPC4823
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing side-mounted panels into the CPC4823 enclosure.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Drill, Torque wrench, Center punch
Supplies needed:
M8 hex flanged nuts, M5 pan head screws, M4 pan head screws, Hinge mounting brackets
- Install the latch side mounting brackets
Using a center punch, mark the drilling locations on the enclosure body flange. Drill four (4) .203 inch diameter holes at the marked locations.
- Attach the hinge mounting brackets
Install the hinge mounting brackets into the drilled holes. Secure them using M4 pan head screws and torque to 22 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).
- Mount the side-mounted panel
Insert the side-mounted panel into the enclosure. Secure it using M8 hex flanged nuts and M5 pan head screws, torquing the nuts to 7.7 ft-lbs (21 Nm) and the screws to 22.5 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).
