How to Install the CPC3816 Controller
Step-by-step guide for installing and configuring the CPC3816 Controller in an enclosure.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Torque wrench, Drill
Supplies needed:
M8 hex flanged nuts, M5 pan head screws, M4 pan head screws, Hinge mounting brackets
- Install the side-mounted panel
Insert the side-mounted panel into the enclosure as indicated in the installation figures.
- Secure the panel
Torque the M8 hex flanged nuts to 7.7 ft-lbs (21 Nm) and the M5 pan head screws to 22.5 in-lbs (2.5 Nm) to ensure a secure fit.
- Drill hinge mounting holes
Using a center punch, drill four (4) .203 inch diameter holes at the marked locations on the enclosure body flange.
- Install hinge mounting brackets
Attach the hinge mounting brackets using M4 pan head screws, torquing them to 22 in-lbs (2.5 Nm).
- Final panel installation
Reinsert the side-mounted panel into the enclosure and torque the M8 hex flanged nuts and M5 pan head screws as previously specified.
