Overview

The nVent CDH600 Horizontal Divider (SKU: CDH600) is a 600mm-wide zinc-plated steel component designed for horizontal separation in nVent combinable mild steel floor-standing enclosures. Engineered from 2mm zinc-plated steel, it provides corrosion-resistant horizontal division for enclosures using partial doors (DP) or partial panels (DPP). The CDH600 mounts directly to the external hole pattern of nVent’s combinable enclosure range, ensuring precise alignment and secure installation. Each CDH600 unit supports flexible enclosure configurations by dividing the front into manageable sections, with installation requiring one CDH piece per partial door/panel plus one additional unit. For example, an enclosure with one partial door and one partial panel requires two CDH600 units. The divider enhances internal organization, improves airflow management, and maintains security by securing partial doors and panels in place. Compatible with nVent’s partial door systems (DP) and ventilated panel systems (DPCV), the CDH600 is ideal for industrial applications including manufacturing facilities, data centers, and utility infrastructure where modular enclosure solutions are required.
  • Description: Used when the enclosure requires horizontal separation for partial doors or panels. Mounted on the enclosure profile of the floor standing enclosure range. Using the plastic end caps provides an IP54 protection degree, without end caps IP20.
  • Mounting requirements: CDH pieces = number of door DP and/or panels DPP + 1.
  • Pack quantity: 2 profiles with mounting accessories.
  • Material: 2 mm zinc plated steel.
  • Zinc plated steel horizontal dividing profile for the partial door system for combinable floor standing enclosures
  • The profile provides horizontal separation in order for the opening at the enclosure's front to be divided into subsections using partial doors or panels
  • The horizontal profile ensures that partial doors and panels are secured correctly providing a guaranteed IP 44 protection degree
  • The formula to calculate the number of horizontal dividing profiles required is, the number of doors/number of panels + 1
  • The formula to calculate the number of horizontal dividing profiles required is, the number of doors/number of panels + 1
