Overview

Enhance the security and integrity of your cable management systems with the nVent CCFLO01 Locking Frame, specifically designed for CCFO (Cable Containment and Fiber Optic) applications. This robust locking frame, manufactured by nVent, a recognized leader in electrical, mechanical, and enclosure solutions, provides an essential layer of protection against accidental or unauthorized dislodging of cable grommets. Its precise dimensions of 77x62x9mm ensure a secure and seamless fit within compatible nVent CCFO systems, maintaining the overall structural integrity of your installation. The primary function of the nVent CCFLO01 Locking Frame is to prevent grommets from being pushed outwards from the enclosure or panel without the deliberate use of tools. This is critical in environments where vibration, accidental contact, or tampering could compromise cable pathways and lead to service disruptions. Industries such as telecommunications, data centers, industrial automation, and critical infrastructure rely heavily on secure cable management to ensure continuous operation and data integrity. The CCFLO01 addresses this need directly by offering a mechanical barrier that significantly reduces the risk of grommet displacement. Key benefits of integrating the nVent CCFLO01 Locking Frame into your setup include: * **Enhanced Security:** Prevents accidental outward movement of CCFO grommets, safeguarding cable pathways. * **Tool-Assisted Release:** Requires specific tools for removal, deterring unauthorized access and accidental dislodging. * **System Integrity:** Maintains the structural soundness of your cable containment system, preventing gaps and potential ingress points. * **Reliable Manufacturer:** Trust in the quality and engineering expertise of nVent, a global leader in protecting critical electrical infrastructure. * **Precise Fit:** Engineered to exact specifications for seamless integration with nVent CCFO components. Installation is straightforward, typically involving securing the frame over the existing CCFO grommet and panel interface. This simple addition provides a significant upgrade in the reliability and safety of your cable management infrastructure. Whether you are designing a new installation or upgrading an existing system, the nVent CCFLO01 Locking Frame is a vital component for ensuring robust and secure cable routing. Its durable construction is designed to withstand the rigors of industrial and commercial environments, offering long-term performance and peace of mind. Invest in the nVent CCFLO01 for superior protection and operational continuity.
