How to Install the CCFO Modular Cable Entry System
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the CCFO Modular Cable Entry System, ensuring proper mounting and sealing of cables.

Supplies needed:
M5 stainless steel screws, Seals, Washers, Nuts
- Prepare the enclosure
Cut out the appropriate dimensions for the cable entry based on the selected frame catalog number. Ensure the cutout is clean and free of debris.
- Mount the gland plate
Secure the gland plate to the enclosure using four M5 stainless steel screws. Ensure the screws are tightened to a torque of 3 Nm (26 in-lbs).
- Guide cables and attach seals
Guide the cables through the frame and attach the seals to the cables. Ensure the seals are pushed all the way in for a secure fit.
- Assemble and secure the hood
Snap the hood onto the frame, insert washers and nuts, and tighten the nuts from the inside. Remove any optional locking bars if not needed.
- Final checks
Verify that all components are securely mounted and that the seals are properly positioned to prevent ingress. Ensure compliance with UL Standard 508A.
