The nVent CCC403122 is a COMPACT® CC1 Series cast aluminum operator interface enclosure, engineered for robust protection in demanding industrial settings. Constructed from durable cast aluminum with no welded seams or sharp corners, this enclosure meets rigorous industry standards including UL 508A Listed Type 4, 4X, 12, 13; NEMA Type 4, 4X, 12, 13; and IEC 60529, IP66. Its seamless, oil-resistant, foam-in-place gasket and tongue-and-groove sealing construction ensure superior protection against dust, water ingress, and corrosion, making it ideal for applications where equipment may be hosed down or exposed to harsh environmental conditions. The external dimensions are 402x310x221mm. Threaded internal bosses are provided for mounting optional panels, rails, and other components, offering flexibility for system integration. Mounting holes are located in the corners, outside of the gasketed area, ensuring seal integrity. The enclosure features stainless steel captivated cover screws placed outside the sealed area and two grounding screws on the back wall for secure installation. It is finished with a RAL 7042 textured gray finish, inside and out, with custom color options available.
