The nVent CC4000 HMI Enclosure (SKU: CCC284014PD) is a Type 12 rated enclosure designed for pedestal mounting of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) components. Constructed from 0.08" Type 5052 H-32 aluminum, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and a durable, lightweight housing. The enclosure measures 280x400x140mm, providing ample space for HMI panels and associated controls. Its Type 12 rating ensures protection against dust, oil, and water ingress, making it suitable for industrial environments. The enclosure features smooth, continuously welded seams, a seamless poured-in-place gasket, and aluminum clamps for secure closure. A bonding stud is provided on the door and a grounding stud within the enclosure. All models larger than 4"x4" include a removable 14-gauge inner panel, with tapped studs for mounting. The natural unfinished aluminum exterior is complemented by a white powder-coated inner panel. This enclosure is compatible with nVent pedestals and accessories for flexible mounting solutions. It meets UL 508A Type 4, 4X, 12, 13; CSA Type 4, 4X, 12, 13; NEMA Type 4, 4X, 12, 13; and IEC 60529, IP66 standards.
