Overview

The nVent AVP1000 (SKU: AVP1000) is a 19-inch mounting profile designed for wall-mounted industrial enclosures. Constructed from 2 mm galvanized mild steel, it offers durability and corrosion resistance for demanding environments. This profile measures 980x55x50mm and is specifically intended for mounting swing frames in full and partial height configurations within 600 mm wide enclosures. It features a 25 mm hole pattern and attaches to the hinge holes on the front frame of the enclosure. CNM cage nuts are recommended for mounting. The AVP1000 is compatible with the AMG accessory for adjustable depth, providing a usable depth of 56 mm between the 19-inch profiles and the external door. Machining is required for proper fitment in stainless steel enclosures. Each pack includes one pair of mounting profiles and necessary accessories. The AVP1000 is not suitable for AFS enclosures. Manufactured in the US.
