Instructions for installing the baying gasket kit to connect Hoffman enclosures.

Tools needed:
Screwdriver, Alignment punch, Clamp
Supplies needed:
Baying gasket kit, Baying hardware, Connecting rod, E-clip
- Align Baying Holes
Use a large screwdriver or alignment punch to align the baying holes between enclosures.
- Secure Frames Together
Use clamps to hold the frames together. Clamp the frames through the openings of the removed doors.
- Install and Torque Baying Hardware
Install the baying hardware and torque according to the specified sequence and values. Refer to the torque sequence diagram for details.
- Connect Interlock System
Open the primary enclosure door. Install the provided connecting rod through all interlock components. Torque all set screws to 60-65 in-lbs (7-7.5 Nm). Close the primary door to activate the interlocks. Note: The image shows the view from the back; if viewing from the front, components are opposite.
- Decouple Interlock Hook (if applicable)
For low voltage bays, remove the e-clip from the disconnect bracket and then remove the disconnect hook.
