This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing a filter fan in a stationary electric cabinet.

Screwdriver, Wire strippers, Multimeter
Supplies needed:
Mounting screws, Self-adhesive sealing band
- Prepare the enclosure cutout
Make the enclosure cutout according to the provided template. Ensure the dimensions are accurate for a proper fit.
- Install the mounting frame
Fit the mounting frame into the cutout and apply the self-adhesive sealing band. Remove the protective film from the sealing band before installation.
- Secure the filter fan
Attach the filter fan to the mounting frame using the included fastening screws. Ensure the hood blades are pointing downward.
- Connect the electrical wiring
Make the electrical connection using pressure clamps. Ensure good metallic contact between the enclosure cutout and the contact spring band on the mounting frame.
- Verify installation
Check that the filter fan is securely mounted and that all electrical connections are tight. Ensure the fan operates correctly before closing the cabinet.
